moderator is like er... moderate la
something like u have to continuously monitor the forum
lets say u take care of the MEMORIES categories
so once in a while u need to rearrange the thread make it more clean
sometimes u see ppl post negative remarks which would trigger arguements like "yer so lousy photo i can do better... this sucks"
sorry about the language just wanna prove a point
then these u have to see who post wan
then give warning and tell the person not to do again
and also delete the post
or sometimes u see ppl post pictures very luin
suppose all easter but 4-5 people open new thread
so u merge all the threads so easier to see and not so messy

stuff like that are what moderators do
these only apply for the MEMORIES part
other parts have similar work load but different items

to be a MOD pls submit your resume

but to be a mod u need to know the basics of handling a forum
which now brings us back to learning more skills like i've posted
so yeah ^^

being a mod can also help u realise now to handle responsibility
or else haha
