learn new skills

Hi everyone !
I just want to say that, we need people with some skills like designing and stuff to do with computers. So from now on, I would hope that when u all got free time, just try to learn your selves how to improve. For example, for designing u all can ask Chee Kean what software to download and can ask him to teach u all how to use. Or like for computer stuff, making links to other websites, designing websites, even like creating the youtube links. You can just try and error when learning but at least u know what to do when things come.
So really, instead of thinking why we don't have people to do like other churches who can design well, we can also do the same. Its all initiative and i really want to see GGSUS improve.
That's all ^^

skill that will help to do things
like now we need to do flyers
but dunno how to make or use software
also we need people to tak care of the forum
i'm only temporary
this forum meed moderators what check what people write and sometimes when posts that are not necessary can be deleted
so we should learn these skills
like making gifs, or posting photos, etc

I want to learn!! sounds interesting n besides can help GGSUS forum to improve!!!!

since when did someone HAD to teach another
sure it would be easier if got ppl teach
other wise who taught thomas edison how the light bulb works?
its all trial and error... he failed many times but imagine what would happen if he just sat down and thought ''who can teach me?''
we would not have light bulbs ^^

knowledge is always there
you just have to take the INITIATIVE to find it
go google or ask some people
i bet uncle Ian knows a lot about computers... uncle bryan too
for designing u can ask ppl like Gab...
or u can always go to 'wikihow'
everything is there... in the internet
just be hardworking to find
or u can buy books too
hope u all really take initiative to learn up those stuff.

Now, now, everyone.. do take initiative to learn yourself, but don't be afraid to ask for help. When I'm back (still can't really say when tho), i will try to organise some short classes for:

Graphic Design

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

Video Editing

• Adobe Premier Pro

• Adobe After Effects

Now, I can teach, but I can't make promises because 1: Everyone needs to have ONE computer EACH to be able to learn properly. Two or even three people can share one computer but it is not going to be easy. And 2: These softwares is not cheap. I can lend you the program, but if we get caught, we're all going to get a big BIG fine, and I'll be in big BIG trouble with the anti-piracy officers.

So, wait till I come back and we'll try to arrange for some short classes. In the meantime, feel free to ask me questions in regards to design. I'll try my best to help you out.

i got fireworks , been designing all the while with it . If anyone wants to learn pls let me know and set a good time.. 30 mins to 45 mins a week will do... i learn macromedia myself thru pain and self determination though ... learn by pressing F1 then read try error. after some time i tried web design n graphic drawing n ask louis gan for art point of view.. know how to use is one thing , sense of art olso plays a big part. i can say i can draw whatever ppol tells me to , but to have a good self idea , need lots of time. so guys pls approach me for the tutorial coz i need ppol to take over my place or work together with me . thx. we need more more more creativity team , vid cam graphics web

Wahaha.. CK can help me teach all those design stuff already.. At least I don't have to do it alone..
