| Malaysia finally got hope now that we got a lot of lousy leaders out of Parliament already. Let's see how the new government does.. then only we will know whether Malaysia is getting better or getting worse.. | |

| I think it is important to vote lo.. You think that if you don't go, it won't make a difference.. WRONG.. You'll never know that your vote may make a difference.. For instance: - Quote :
- ONE VOTE made Oliver Cromwell Lord Protector of the Commonwealth and gave him control of England. (1645)
ONE VOTE caused Charles I to be executed. (1649)
ONE VOTE kept Aaron Burr--later charged with treason--from becoming President. (1800)
ONE VOTE elected Marcus Morton governor of Massachusetts. (1839)
ONE VOTE made Texas part of the United States. (1845)
ONE VOTE saved President Andrew Johnson from impeachment. (1868)
ONE VOTE changed France from a monarchy to a republic. (1875)
ONE VOTE admitted California, Oregon, Washington, and Idaho into the Union. (1850, 1850, 1889, 1890)
ONE VOTE elected Rutherford B. Hayes to the Presidency, and the man in the Electoral College who cast that vote was an Indiana Representative also elected by ONE VOTE. (1876)
ONE VOTE made Adolf Hitler head of the Nazi Party. (1923)
ONE VOTE maintained the Selective Service System only 12 weeks before Pearl Harbor. (1941)
ONE VOTE per precinct would have elected Richard Nixon, rather than John Kennedy, President. (1960) These are a few cases of one vote making a difference.. If there were 1000 people who think that their vote won't make any difference and don't go out to vote, we all die liao..

| Each General Election Will only be held once every five years unless there is a special case which is also not a general election but only maybe a Division Election.
Actually i politics i think wat is important is that a person is capable of doing stuff. And no matter who the leader is we as a malaysian citizen should always pray for the leader. Since he is a leader we should hnour the leader because God wants us to honour and respect our leader. Agree? Qoute:Black Cat Or white cat it doesn't matter as long as the cat can catch Mice it is a good cat. Heh..Direct translation from chinese. Which i think is true. As long as a leader practice Justice I think he is a good leader no matter what race he comes from. But of course we do hope he comes from the kingdom of GOD. But if he is not we should just pray and hope someday he will make it back to God's Kingdom. =) Rocket,Moon,Weigher,Double Crescent Moon(Godzilla Eye?)...All is also Flag~
I think wat Eruadon say is very true lar. One vote changes a lot of stuff. Therefore next time when you guys got chance to vote DO VOTE! hehe...Vote for what is best for your future generation.

| this is political forum,,,, i don t wanna get isa woo .... even lawyer can be thrown into ISA for protesting ... anyway .. . Malaysia will be a great opportunity if there s fairness . fairness create competence citizens, hence robust economy that can penetrate the global market. i believe even the moderate malay had understood that privelege themselves will not help them to compete in the globalised market. Privilege is like getting bigger piece of the small cake of economy but not increasing the size of the cake . so its not good. we currently facing brain drain bcoz of quota system n also at the same time our econ is not competent enuff to give out better salary compare to other nations. without brain the nation will fade n die slowly , like rose. 50 years of independence n rotten policy will kill the flower itself | |
